The Council

Meet the two who started the salon company.

ALLAN: Started his hair artistry career in the Philippines, 27 years in the beauty industry. A pioneer in styling, Allan is sought after for his creative vision. He immediately brings credibility, experience, and expertise into every client appointment. Passionate about his craft, Allan never settles if he knows he can push the envelope. That, along with his charismatic, easy-going persona, is what makes Allan’s artistry a cut above the rest.

JOEL: A South Florida native, Joel was born and raised in Pembroke Pines. Always communicating, he enjoys being part of the community and working with people since childhood. Joel is a mix of friendly and serious, either greeting our Guests or working with our talented Hair Councilors, his top focus is making sure everyone feels welcome, valued and appreciated. Joel has a background in finance and administration in government and the hair industry.
