HYDRA HAIR SALON was established 2014 by WasserJan (Joel and Allan) to provide our guests a warm and welcoming environment for the best hair services delivered with the high quality professional products. Everyday we strive to provide every guest with the look and style that match their unique and beautiful self. Our Hair Artists are passionate about the quality of their work, the look and feel of their guest, this is why we hear them saying "my Hair Feels Really Good!"

The name HYDRA is after to the Classical Mythology; Dragon-like water serpent.

SALON POLICY

Our Service Commitment

Our goal is to do what it takes to make sure your hair feels really good! We are not able to offer refunds for any hair services; however our commitment is for your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service, we request is for you to contact us within 3 days of your appointment. At that time a consultation will be scheduled with the original service provider and/or the salon manager to assess your concerns and determine if a redo is necessary.  hydra hair salon will not be liable nor redo hair color that has been done outside our salon.

 

Appointments

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service.  We recommend that your book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule.

In you are running late, we will do everything possible to accommodate you.  If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment.

o   We regret that we cannot be responsible for lost or damage to personal articles.

o   Please keep all valuable items with you during your service.

o   Please advise our staff of any allergies or sensitivities you may have.

o   Our employees work as a team. If for any reason, you are uncomfortable with the service provider you have reserved, another team member can be made available to you.

o   We also ask that you wear a smock during your hair appointments for protection of your clothing.

o   No pets are allowed in the salon. The State Board of Cosmetology and the Board of Consumer Affairs have specific Rules and Regulations stating that no animals are allowed in a salon at any time. Service dogs with official "Service Animal" vests are the ONLY exception to this rule.

o   To help you not forget your appointment with us, please provide us your cell phone number, we automatically send you text message reminders 72 hours before the day of your appointment. 

 

Multiple Service Appointments/Wedding Packages

These require a credit card or gift card to hold your appointment. A 48 hour notice is required for cancellation. A no-show, no-call within 48 hours will result in a charge to your credit card for 50% of the amount of the services scheduled.

 

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel or change the date of your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice.

 

Pricing

All prices are subject to change at the discretion of management.

 

Gratuities

Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients.  Tips for the head service provider can be added to credit card charges.  Unfortunately we are unable to process credit card tips for our salon support staff, cash is appreciated. Gift cards do not include gratuities.

 

Methods of Payment

We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express, as well as Cash or Master Card / Visa Debit Cards, Apple Pay and Android Pay.  We do not accept checks.

 

Retail Return Policy

Retail products may be exchanged with an original receipt within 14 days of original purchase if they are unopened, only used once, or otherwise approved by management.  We do not offer refunds for significantly used products or apply credit towards services for returned merchandise.
